We deliver our parts mainly via PostNL. Occasionally we will use other expediters such as DHL for specific countries. Is your country not available in the shipping module at check-out? Please do not hasitate to contact us via info@partshive.com to ask for a shipping quote

When you return your order, these costs are not reimbursed to you.


Orders placed on a working day before 18:00 will be offered to our shipping partner the following workingday.

TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENT: due to move is the shipment of our articles temporarily only once a week. Orders until the next Monday 17:00 Friday afternoon hours are offered at PostNL. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

You will receive a track and trace link by automated e-mail which enables you to follow the shipment.


Return Policy
When you return your order to us, shipping costs will not be reimbursed to you. This goes for both the initial shippingcosts to you as well as the return shippingcosts. We only refund the product price. Of course we will refund your total purchase-price in case we made a mistake, or is case the product turns out to be broken in a way not previously known and clear in pictures and/or in our product information. 

Send a message by email info@partshive.com in which you announce the return shipment. Assure a proper packaging and postage paid shipment back to us. Damaged and insufficient or non-paid packets will not be accepted. You have 14 days to return the package to us.
