GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DELENKORF - PARTSHIVE - TEILENSTOCK - RICAMBEARE - TURINMAGAZIJN

1 . DEFINITIONS
1.1 In these general terms and conditions, DELENKORF is understood to mean the sole proprietorship, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Arnhem, with Chamber of Commerce number 61429228.
1.2 DELENKORF also trades under the names PARTSHIVE - TEILENSTOCK - RICAMBEARE - TURIN WAREHOUSE
1.3 DELENKORF is an online store, webshop, in used car parts, which can be visited via WWW.DELENKORF.NL WWW.PARTSHIVE.COM WWW.TEIELNSTOCK.DE WWW.RICAMBEARE.IT and WWW.TURIJNMAGAZIJN.NL.
1.4 Customer is understood to mean any visitor to the webshop, natural person or legal entity, who places an order via WWW.DELENKORF.NL.
1.5 These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions) are in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions Thuiswinkel and Webshop Keurmerk, the independent branch organization, drawn up in collaboration with the Consumers' Association. 1.6 If new or existing legal regulations interfere with these general terms and conditions, DELENKORF will always comply with the law.

2. APPLICABILITY
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded using the webshop WWW.DELENKORF.NL, to the exclusion of any other general terms and conditions.
2.2 By accepting an offer, or by placing an order, the Terms and Conditions are automatically accepted by the customer.
2.3 The provisions of these Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from with the express written consent of DELENKORF. If a part of these Terms and Conditions is deviated from, the other provisions remain in full force and effect.

3. THE PRODUCTS
Products on the website are in clearly described used condition of second-hand or new goods. The degree of previous use will be described as well as possible. A defect or damage to the used item that was not mentioned in the product description or was expressly shown in the photos of the product can give the consumer reason to withdraw from the purchase. If an article deviates substantially from what is stated on the site, then this must be contacted immediately, at the latest within 14 days after arrival of the shipment. Deviations between the article description and the delivered item give rise to a completely free withdrawal as regulated in consumer law.

4. PRICES
4.1 The sales prices used by DELENKORF are expressed in euros, including VAT and excluding postage. VAT amounts are not stated separately.
4.2 The payment must be made in advance via iDeal, PayPal or bank transfer or paid afterwards via Klarna or a similar postpay debit.

5. DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS
5.1 Items are sent via POSTNL at the shipping rates communicated by DELENKORF on the website.
5.2 DELENKORF accepts liability for the loss of mail items by PostNL and, where appropriate, ensures free handling for the consumer.

6. PAYMENT & PAYMENT TERM
After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation by e-mail stating the total costs, including shipping costs.

7. DELIVERY
7.1 DELENKORF strives to offer orders for shipment on the next working day, but no later than 2 working days after receipt of the order. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email at the time the item is sent.
7.2 An order will not be sent by us if it cannot be sent completely; the customer is immediately informed of this circumstance and, if desired, a full and full refund of the purchase price including paid shipping costs will follow.
7.3 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer at the conclusion of the agreement. DELENKORF is not responsible for undelivered items as a result of incorrect address entries or interim address changes by the customer.

8. RETURNS
8.1 Return requests will be reported by the consumer to info@delenkorf.nl within 14 days.
8.2 The shipping costs for returns are in the event of incorrect delivery by DELENKORF or when there is a defect not described in the product description at all times at the expense of DELENKORF. The article must be delivered to DELENKORF immediately, but no later than 14 days after return notification (= excluding Sundays and holidays). If the return shipment concerns the total order, the shipping costs paid by the consumer of the original order will also be refunded.
8.3 The shipping costs for returns at the initiative of the consumer (where there is no question of an incorrect delivery or article defect) are for the account of the consumer. If the return shipment concerns the total order, the shipping costs paid by the consumer of the original order will also be refunded.
8.4 DELENKORF will return the return amount, possibly including shipping costs, no later than 7 days after receipt of the item via the same payment method that the customer used for the original payment.

9. PRIVACY
9.1. The personal data will only be used for the execution of the order.
9.2 Personal data will not be provided to third parties without permission and will be treated confidentially.

10. DAMAGES
10.1 DELENKORF can never be held liable for damage resulting from articles delivered by it or damages to vehicles or otherwise resulting from the use of its articles.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
11.1 All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
11.2 All disputes between the parties will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
